Einzigartig und etwas gewohnungsbedürftig am Anfang aber dennoch ein Spitzenprodukt.

nur was für wirklich Neugierige

Es mag sein, dass das Destillat auf Zuckerbasis gewonnen wurde. Das wäre dann aber auch schon alles, was dieses Getränk als Rum qualifiziert. Ein Rum ohne die typischen Karamellnoten, ohne Süße, ohne Farbe und eigentlich ohne alles was einen Rum zum Rum macht. Der Rum ist ziemlich hell. Das Fass in dem er angeblich 7 Jahre gelegen haben soll, hat wenig bis gar nichts zum Geschmack beigetragen.
In einer Blindverkostung hätte ich auf einen Grappa mit einer leichten Seegrasnote getippt.
