Die noch junge Destillerie Mannochmore, gelegen in Speyside, wurde 1971 gegründet und lieferte lange Zeit nur Malt für die Blends von Haig.
1985 wurde sie für vier Jahre geschlossen, Anfang der 90er Jahre gab es erstmals eine offizielle Abfüllung.
1995 wurde die Destillerie von dem jetzigen Eigentümer UDV erneut geschlossen.

Mannochmore ist ein leichter, gut ausbalancierter Malt, leicht fruchtig.

Aus der Speyside von Diagio:
Mild malzig und etwas Eiche
Aroma: Frisch und blumig, Süßlich und sanft, mit floraler Note
Geschmack: Malz, Honig, Zitrus und ein Hauch von Rauch
Abgang: Mittellang und sehr angenehm.
